(no subject)

Yesterday was a lesson in letting go. Due to my unfortunate inability to psychicly forsee problems that I probably should be able to without being psychic I spent all but 4 hours of my long ass day in a car, listening to the Frog Prince a thousand times, but only when no one was screaming. And that was just inside my head.

Today's ritual: Do 5 jumping jacks every time you attempt to change something you cannot.
