Wednesday:
Get out serving trays and decide ahead which is for what. Deal with having to purchase any others.
Get out serving utensils
Label serving dishes. Thank you L'amandita for adding just another bit of A/R to my world. :D
Get silver out, determine if there will be polishing HA
Get bread doughs out of the freezer to defrost in fridge
Stuff celery
Pick up tables and chairs
Make dump cake
Prepare brine and get turkey in it before bed
Make sure every freaking glass in the house is clean before bedtime
Decorate entry
Make table runner with girls
Cook peel and chop beets>/s>

I'm hosting Thanksgiving again this year, but am making my mom and brother bring stuff, so all I have to do is make an 11 pound turkey and some mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes. Oh, and clean. That's the hard part. I was so messy while in school!

Oh we HAVE enslaved her! And I have all the sides coming with folks but still overextend and feel compelled to do a million other things. I have problems. :D
